Profile

Lila holds a Doctorate Degree in Business administration from Grenoble Graduate Management School. She brings a 25 years’ experience from FMCG and durable products having worked as Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer in Unilever and Toyota in Europe and in the UK. In Unilever she was responsible for the launch of global brands like Dove Range and Persil tablets and for the implementation of trade initiatives like the Efficient Customer Replenishment program aiming at improving shelf-space ROI. While in Unilever she was also responsible for one of the first customer loyalty projects in the European market and has conducted extensive research on the subject of the effect of direct mail on long term customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. As a CMO in Toyota she was responsible for the successful launch of NG Yaris, Corolla and RAV4 and for the implementation of marketing automation projects aiming at improving customers’ digital experience. Lila has been lecturing on Marketing Strategy, International Marketing, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience Management. Having worked as a client, academic and consultant, Lila brings an integrated knowledge and a 360 perspective to projects.
