Profile

Memosh is an international FMCG leader with over 26 years experience. Memosh got an MBA degree from LUMS, followed up with executive leadership programs from IESE, Thunderbird and MIT.

He gained his early career sales and marketing experience with Unilever and Henkel, responsible for Personal Care brands Rexona and Lifebuoy in South West Asia and home care brands Persil and Pril in the Middle East.

Memosh then served as Managing director for Henkel GCC Laundry and Home Care for 7 years. Under his award winning leadership Henkel GCC became the top performing subsidiary, where he conceived business transforming launches of Persil Black laundry wash and DAC home Disinfectants range. Memosh also held a Global Head role with Henkel based out of Germany, responsible for global marketing and innovation controlling, gross profit steering and sales forecasting. Recently, he has been the CEO of largest local dairy business and Senior Vice Chairman of Pakistan Dairy Association. Memosh is also an independent Board Director and runs his own management consulting firm based out of UAE, having worked with IFC-World Bank, Novozymes, GCNF and CCL.
